My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The rooms were beautiful, with White Company toiletries and were super comfy. The staff provided excellent service everywhere, but unfortunately, there was a rude encounter that stood out. The location was great, with shops right on the doorstep, but parking could be a hassle. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with delicious dishes but a few hiccups. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor drawbacks.
